Shipping, Handling and Delivery Costs: The cost of the shipments can vary significantly due to International shipping companies charging on volume weight, as apposed to actual weight. If you are ordering many items, the calculation will "volume-up" the weight and calculate the amount to charge for shipping accordingly. If the shipping amount exceeds that which you were shown at the time of placing the order, we will notify you of any miscalculation in shipping charges immediately and await your approval, prior to shipment. All the Shipmens are carried through AIRMAIL Service unless otherwhise indicated in the order.
Deliveries: The average delivery time is approximately 14 days. On occasions we are reliant on subcontractors and/or outside suppliers and a product will be placed on backorder. Should Excellence not be in a position to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be advised of the situation and asked if you wish to continue to wait or cancel the order and your money will be refunded within 2 working days.
Returns: You may cancel your contract with us within 7 working days after receipt of goods. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Please return the goods using the method by which they were sent. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods or having the goods collected. A deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods if you have not returned the goods within this period. |
